What we collect

• Calculator inputs (loan amount, interest rate, tenure) — used to generate your results and, in aggregate and anonymized form, to understand common loan patterns.
• Your email address — only if you opt in to receive the free PDF amortization report, via an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox.
• Basic, anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, calculator interactions) to improve the tool.

How we share your information

When you submit a form on LoanSaathi — to get a PDF report, check your eligibility, or view a lender's offer — we may share your contact details and the information you provided (such as loan amount, income range, or loan type) with our partner banks and NBFCs, so they can reach out to you with relevant loan offers. This only happens when you've explicitly opted in via the consent checkbox on that specific form, which states this clearly at the point you submit it.

We do not sell or share your data with data brokers, advertising networks, or any unrelated third party, and we never use it for spam. You can withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

How we use your email

If you opt in for the PDF report, we use your email to send that report and, unless you unsubscribe, occasional relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Contact us and we'll remove your information from our systems, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
